Unemptied Bins

If the waste has not been collected on the specified day, we will proceed according to the instructions provided on the order form. If the customer does not wish for us to return the full bin to its place, it is the customer’s responsibility to do so after the next collection. In the event that the collection schedule changes and the customer does not inform us of these changes in advance, the customer will be responsible for taking the bin out and bringing it back in.
